Colorado Mortgage Summit 2026

Colorado Mortgage Summit Takes the Long View

October 20, 2026

Denver put longevity on the agenda at the Colorado Mortgage Summit, looking beyond immediate market conditions to explore career growth, client relationships and what it takes to stay competitive through change.

AI and technology showed how quickly origination is advancing, while construction finance and Non-QM opened the discussion to new areas of business. An introductory HomeQB session offered a look at strengthening financial advisor relationships and creating new referral opportunities. The agenda also addressed the human side of mortgage—how professionals adapt and build careers that last.

Following the sessions, the exhibit hall brought attendees together with lenders and industry partners for direct conversations around products and business needs.

The event continued the next day with a free 8hr NMLS approved CE class provided by MaxClass.
