Keystone Mortgage Expo Debuts In Greater Philadelphia

The first-ever Keystone Mortgage Expo made its debut in Lansdale, PA, bringing together mortgage professionals from across the region for a full day of education, connection, and industry insight — followed by a bonus day of NMLS-approved continuing education.

From start to finish, the event delivered value to attendees. Sessions kicked off with “The Economy, Interest Rates & The Non-Agency Borrowers,” helping originators understand how economic shifts and Non-Agency solutions can empower borrowers in 2025. LaDonna Lockard of MaxClass inspired the crowd with “Taking Your Network to the MAX!” — an engaging session on meaningful, value-driven networking.

Social media strategy took center stage next with “Social Media for Winners,” led by Melissa Pianin of the Mortgage Women Leadership Council, who shared actionable ways to convert engagement into real leads. The morning wrapped up with Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, who guided attendees through “Future-Proofing Your Business: Non-QM Insights for 2026.”

Afterward, guests enjoyed lunch in the exhibit hall, where industry partners showcased their latest products, programs, and tech solutions.

The following day, attendees who completed their Exhibit Hall passports joined MaxClass for an optional full-day, 8-hour NMLS-approved CE course — a convenient way to renew their licenses while networking with peers and sponsors.

The positive feedback from attendees and exhibitors alike affirmed that the Keystone Mortgage Expo has found its place on the regional calendar. Plans are already underway for next year’s edition, returning March 31, 2026.
