Thousands of mortgage professionals arrived at Planet Hollywood for four days of focused education, new business opportunities, and standout experiences.

Originator Connect 2026 brought brokers, originators, lenders, and solution providers together for specialized programs, expert-led sessions, a packed exhibit hall, and one of the year’s biggest celebrations.

Build-A-Broker, the Mindset Summit, and the Non-QM Summit opened the week with dedicated programming on leadership, business growth, performance, and alternative lending.

The main agenda addressed the forces influencing today’s market, from AI, recruiting and marketing to sales, operations, technology, and lending strategies. A highly anticipated appearance by Josh Altman gave attendees direct insight from one of the world’s top luxury real estate agents. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star, Altman Brothers co-founder, and industry leader with more than $9 billion in career sales shared the negotiation tactics, discipline, and personal approach behind his success.

The exhibit hall kept business moving after the speaker sessions. Attendees explored emerging technology, evaluated lending products, and spoke directly with the companies developing tools for a changing market. Meetings on the show floor led to promising partnerships while giving longtime colleagues a chance to reconnect.

The Originator Connect After Party capped the experience with live entertainment, food, drinks, and dancing. Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors filled the room for a lively night that celebrated the people and relationships behind the business.

Many participants completed the complimentary 8hr NMLS-approved Continuing Education course provided by MaxClass before heading home. After four full days in Las Vegas, Originator Connect 2026 closed with new knowledge, stronger professional ties, and practical opportunities ready to carry into the year ahead.
