Pasadena Powerhouse: California Mortgage Expo Shatters Records

What a day! The California Mortgage Expo at the Hilton Pasadena on November 11 was nothing short of electric. Our “Pasadena Insanity” video says it all — this was one for the record books. With a staggering 1,300 registered attendees, the exhibit hall was buzzing, the sessions were packed, and the energy was off the charts.

From morning insights on the economy and AI’s role in mortgage innovation to powerhouse panels on Non-QM strategies, private lending, and future-proofing your business, every moment was packed with value. Industry icons like Thuan Nguyen of Loan Factory and Eric Morgenson of Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions delivered standing ovations, while sessions like “Don’t Just Survive — Thrive at Being You” gave LOs fresh tactics to win in 2025 and beyond.

Of course, no Pasadena event is complete without top-tier networking — and our exhibit hall did not disappoint. Lenders, tech innovators, and brokers connected over lunch, laughs, and plenty of business cards.

The following day’s NMLS-approved 8-hour CE course was at full capacity (again!), helping hundreds of attendees knock out their continuing education while keeping the expo spirit alive.
